Q-ATM differs from traditional single consultant organisations in that the services are not based on body-shop agreements for fixed periods of time. Instead engagements are based on agreed change objectives, delivered over an extended period according to the client’s timetable, going beyond the recommendation of actions into acting as a “change champion” to support adoption and implementation of the process changes. Q-ATM provides leadership throughout the change process and supplements its core offering with specialist domain skills from a network of equally experienced consultants.
