Cornelis (Kees) H.A. Koster

Bio/Description
Creator of the original Compiler Description Language, Koster was also one of the editors of the original Report on the Algorithmic Language ALGOL 68.
He was a professor in the Department of Informatics of the University of Nijmegen in the Netherlands, and the author of 58 publications, one of which is "The Language Belongs to the People!".
