MetaSolutions was founded in 2011 as a spin-off from KTH, the Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm.

MetaSolutions was founded in 2011 as a spin-off from KTH, the Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm. The technology base of the company comes from research in Linked Data, the area in which the founders of the company owns Phds. In 2013 the first release of EntryScape was made. Since start of the company, MetaSolutions have played an active role within the Linked Data and Open Data communities. The product strategy is based on Open Source and the solutions offered today are focused on modern data management. EntryScape which has a modular design, is an information management platform that builds on the Linked Data technology stack. Based on EntryScape, MetaSolutions offers advanced services to customers in both public and private sector.
