Mailburn is building new business communication platform with backward compatibility with email, which is the only one protocol in the world that is used by 100% of people, companies and apps, both for external and internal communication. It's like Force.com based on extended email protocol. Their first product is email processing app that turns email into: - messenger (as fast as IM, secure and with built in email tracking); - newsreader (that shows all newsletters as a newsfeed and allows you to unsubscribe in one swipe); - and to-do list (that will allow you to close task in Asana or leave a comment in SalesForce right from email).
