For digital controllers we tend to use sliders, buttons, and dials to 'tell' the computer what to do. However with an acoustic instrument, it is almost as though you are having a 'conversation' with the instrument. It pushes back, vibrates, disagrees and warps the sound through your nuanced touch. Tingle brings the acoustic touch & feel to the digital music controller. It looks like the pin-board toy from your youth, except you create music with whatever you put underneath it. The pins in Tingle press back softly against your finger; like a piano key. When enough pins are pressed, the body & pins vibrate with the sound; much like the body of a guitar when you strum it.
