Milkplease is a crowd-based grocery shopping app that allows users to order groceries for delivery through their mobile device.

Collaborating on the most frequent activities we do in our everyday life can be an important means of building communities. Grocery shopping represents an opportunity to offer a help to your neighbors and get the favor back, increasing the chance to get in touch. Milkplease aims to connect people who has little time or mobility constraints to those who can help. People, already at the supermarket, with a little additional effort can buy and deliver shopping to their neighbors, earning some money along the way. Eventually, having fewer people going shopping would reduce the total amount of traffic, hence providing benefits for the environment as well.
