Prior to establishing the M Consulting Group in 2005, Vaughan enjoyed a successful twenty year career in the financial services industry.

Prior to establishing the M Consulting Group in 2005, Vaughan enjoyed a successful twenty year career in the financial services industry. Over that span he held various executive positions at John Hancock Retirement Plan Services, Manulife Financial and CIGNA Retirement and Investment Services. Vaughan’s primary career focus was on sales and sales management where he was a consistent leader as a Retirement Wholesaler and both Regional and National Sales Manager. Vaughan received his Bachelor of Science Degree from Bryant University in Rhode Island. He is also completing his Master of Science Degree in Organizational Behavior from the University of Hartford in Connecticut. Vaughan also holds an Accredited Pension Representative (APR) designation from the National Institute of Pension Administrators.
