Mapaton is a social network where users can chat and leave feedback on a map that anyone can access.

mapaton combines simplicity of a messaging platform and a map-based screen to display messages at a given location. This startup helps people to keep informed about things that happen in their communities, neighborhoods, streets, and places. mapaton allows sharing any thoughts from any location that the user feels is important for the surrounding people or for himself/herself. After the message is sent, it will be displayed on the map reflecting its location and type of content - information or warning. mapaton uses flexible mapping platform that allows finding the place user is interested in and then displaying messages from that place only.
