Loculars is a market place where professional photographers offer highly unique, locally relevant visual stories in the form of photo experiences. These are two to six hour experiences for the most part conducted in a solo group setting, meant to be highly interactive and personalized. Photographers join the platform through an invitation after an initial screen and are highly experienced street, documentary and travel photographers. Many of them have been featured and published in The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, National Geographic, Smithsonian etc. Photo enthusiasts can avail these experiences in their local cities or when they travel at relatively short notice, unlike photo workshops that have to be organized and booked months in advance. Loculars is currently in beta mode, live in New York City, Amsterdam (Netherlands) and Kolkata (India), and is looking to include some other big metros soon.
