Local.ch is a search engine dedicated to finding local food, home repair, shopping, and recreational activities in Switzerland.

Local.ch is basically a what/where search that is restricted to Switzerland that finds private entries and businesses (from official phonebook data), market and car classifieds (based on user generated content and third party data) and events (again UGC and third party feeds). Opposed to traditional phonebook/yellowpage search sites, local.ch's data is always shown on a map.
