Topps also produces cards based on licensed movies, TV shows, and entertainment properties, including brands from the Star Wars, Indiana Jones, and Lord of the Rings series. Other products include novelty candies (Ring Pops, Push Pops), stickers, and comic books. The company began its existence as Topps Chewing Gum, Inc., a partnership between the four Shorin brothers. It later incorporated under New York law in 1947.Currently, The Topps Company, Inc. operates as a subsidiary of Tornante-MDP Joe Holding LLC.
