Company has designed technologies and services for Chambers of Commerce, Municipalities and Associations who need to improve commerce. We intend to secure the financing or investment needed to acquire all of the underlying technology and existing business of the engineering group used to develop our programs. The newly combined company would be called the Mobile Publishing Company. 80% of business owners are not regular users of tools to promote their businesses online. Communities today need economic development programs which are virtual and not built around parking garages and new lamp posts on main street. However placing an entire city online using traditional web tools is not practical and requires great effort. Our technologies have been developed to create efficient assembly line processes so that we can place entire communities online. We currently provide services now to over 100 cities and cover 40 states. Our development is transitioning into a light weight mobile platform automation that allow communities and their local businesses to manage their community advertising network through our first ''Location Carousel'' application launched February 1, 2012.
