Shenzhen Capital Group is a venture capital firm formerly known as Shenzhen Innovation and Technology Investment company.

Shenzhen Capital Group Co., Ltd (“SCGC”) is a limited venture capital company established by Shenzhen Government in 1999. Since its establishment, SCGC has focused on cultivating national industries, shaping national brands, promoting economic transformation and emerging industriesdeveloping, and has become the most powerful and influential domestic VC. SCGC has registered capital of 4.2 billion RMB, and total AUM of 210.42 billion RMB. By April 2017, SCGC has total assets of 23.07 billion RMB and net assets 12.38 billion RMB.
