SAA Digital Archives Specialist Comprehensive Exam #0815

The DAS Comprehensive Examination was developed following standard test validation processes and principles such as those put forth by AERA/APA/NCME in the Standards for Educational and Psychological Testing and by the National Commission for Certifying Agencies (NCCA/ICE). Under the guidance of Sandra Dolan, Ph.D., a Psychometric and Certification Consultant, the SAA DAS Subcommittee underwent Item Writing Training, developed a Job Task Analysis (JTA) Table of specifications and Key Validation Item Analysis during the Item (question) Writing process followed by Standard Setting.
