Hardware Description

The Mitsubishi Electric M8720, rolled out in 1994, was a kanji-character printer with an LED array chip with a higher emission efficiency to achieve a print speed of 5,200 lines per minute (when printing at 6 lines per inch), which was 1.5 times the speed of the previous M8350 model. The M8720 was marketed through Mitsubishi Electric’s OEM partners.
