PowerEdge 650

The PowerEdge 650 supports one Intel® Pentium® 4 processor, which features a 533 MHz frontside bus (FSB) and Intel Hyper-Threading technology. Available Intel Pentium 4 processor speeds include 2.4 GHz, 2.66 GHz, and a maximum speed of 3.06 GHz with 512 KB of level 2 (L2) cache. The PowerEdge 650 also can be minimally configured with an Intel Celeron® processor at 1.8 GHz with 128 KB of L2 cache and a 400 MHz FSB. The PowerEdge 650 supports registered double data rate (DDR) SDRAM and system memory configurations ranging from 128 MB to 3 GB of non-interleaved error-correcting code (ECC) memory, although Dell recommends a minimum of 384 MB for best performance.
