World of Simple Design is a product design company that specializes in making high end products with a modern design aesthetic. Based in Los Angeles, our team are all Apple enthusiasts and have backgrounds in industrial engineering, music, video and Danish Modern design. Our first project, The Foundation Dock iPhone stand and multi-functional media dock, was funded on Kickstarter. Podi-m Modern iPhone and iPad mini dock was also funded on Kickstarter and will hit retail and online stores in Fall 2013. Podi-m is currently seen in The Opus Suite at the Berkeley Hotel in London and on the super yachts Parsifal IV and S/Y Meteor. Podi-m has quickly become the high end docking solution for smartphone and tablet users and will be featured in the Nov issue of British Vogue. Q-ube is a new product that is forthcoming to enhance the sound of your iPhone's speakers while being docked. Q-ube is made locally in Los Angeles and every dock is unique.
