Company Description
Send a video message to your friends & get their reactions back
Vidium is a smartphone application that breaks down video calls into video messages while capturing live reactions. Long-distance communication can be difficult due to the lack of body language that accompanies face-to-face conversations. Communicating via online video alleviates some of the problem, but if there are time differences or network delays, the process gets cumbersome. Vidium is a free video messaging service that records the viewer’s reaction to a previously recorded message sent to them by a faraway relative or friend. Enabling the sender to see the recipient’s reaction to their message improves communication and the feeling of closeness. Vidium also allows the recipient to easily record and send their own message in response.
