Victory Spark is a program of the larger Global Entrepreneurship Collective, Inc. umbrella. Specifically, Victory Spark focuses on servicing U.S. Military Veteran-led startups. Originally, funded by the Federal Department of Veterans Center for Innovation and recognized by President Obama as a “Champion of Change,” we offer an intensive 12-week mentor-driven Lean LaunchPad Program. Our work has been recognized by Steve Blank and the LaunchPad Central team as ‘pioneering.’
