ViaPost is a simpler, more secure, greener and cost efficient alternative to traditional mail that integrates simply with existing business practice and infrastructure. The free software can be installed on any Windows XP or Vista computer, with a Mac version coming shortly, and enables the sending of physical post by simply clicking “print”. The unique ViaPost regional print system offers businesses and individuals the opportunity to powerfully communicate with any individual in the UK by sending physical mail directly from any computer. There is no minimum or maximum volume of letters that can be sent ViaPost and all post is printed at secure, high-end digital printers located strategically around the country. This network is formed of experienced and trusted print companies and by printing post at the print centre closest to the destination address, ViaPost can reduce the carbon footprint of each letter by 81%.
