Verus is a product and manufacturing consultancy in the fields of product design, metrology and FEA analysis techniques.

Verus Precision grew out of a friendship established when its three founders, Andrew Hodson, Des Forde and Michael Nugent first met at Sligo Institute of Technology, Ireland. As the founders each possessed expertise in their respective fields of Moldflow Analysis, Injection Mould Tool Design & Manufacture and Fixture Design, Manufacture & Assembly, the collaboration led to a niche offering for companies seeking value add at their product design and development stage. Verus Precision is more than the synergistic expression of their collective expertise. Inherent in the company’s initial set up, is a widely held philosophy of continuous improvement, building relationships based on trust and complete customer service. Over the past 6 years this belief has resulted in double digit annual growth as well as a customer base of international stature. Today, Verus Precision operates from their advanced design lab in Sligo.
