UserTesting is a crowdsourcing service that provides usability testing through a large panel of on-demand users.

UserTesting.com has a large panel of users who will record their screen and voice as they use a specified website. Clients can request users who match their target demographic and have them record themselves trying to do specified tasks on the client's website. The resulting recording is posted on the Web for the client to view. UserTesting offers unlimited user recording sessions by subscription; the results are typically ready an hour after being requested.
