Uprizer Labs LLC is legally unrelated to Uprizer Inc, a company founded by Ian Clarke, Rob Kramer, and Steven Starr in 2000, which raised several rounds of investment from 2000 to 2004. Some online company databases have confused the two companies. Any information from prior to 2008 pertains to Uprizer Inc, not Uprizer Labs LLC.
