Briefly, UOT is a global joint venture formed to develop and manufacture Underwater Optical Communications devices and other optical systems for the oil and gas industry. It brings together, two experienced and specialized research teams, that of Lores Technologies of San Diego, USA, and Eventech of Riga Latvia. Their technical people are supported by a strong core management team with unique experience in managing multinational, cross border research and development efforts.
