It is headquartered in California with engineering and operations based in Austin and St. Louis. Current state-of-the-art technology relies on expensive building blocks combined with advanced packaging technologies. Historically, such systems have been employed in low-volume applications. There is an increasing demand for higher integration levels at reduced power consumption and lower cost. By integrating them in smaller and lower cost form factors, a whole range of new applications could take advantage of their capabilities. Uhnder is working on advanced technologies to make that possible.
