ucareer.net is a new generation career website utilizing most of popular web 2.0 features and functionalities to streamline the recruitment process both for the employer and the candidate. This is achieved by using video as primary communication vehicle and providing a trusted third party to collect and verify information about the candidate. In doing so, the employer can more effectively filter candidates before investing valuable time in an initial interview. uCareer's primary target audience are young professionals age 18 to 35 with a focus on college students and new graduates.
