TweetingMachine is a Twitter tool that lets users manage their Twitter account(s) and automate various tasks. Tweets and updates can be scheduled, either by hand, in a queue, or via a bulk CSV file upload. It's easy to manage friends, with features such as automatic following of new followers, and the option to send a welcome message to each. Statistics for each Twitter account are gathered and updated four times a day, and can be interrogated interactively.
