Twitter Analytics for Brands

Tweet Satisfaction tracks emotional tweets about people, products, places and other popular brands. Our product relies on the Twitter Search API and real-time emotional responses to brand experiences. The service is designed for entrepreneurs, anyone responsible for customer delight at a start-up, and anyone interested in what people love and hate about a particular brand. As of August 2009, the company tracks a few hundred brands and is adding several dozen each week. Tweet Satisfaction is available to select users as part of a private beta. The 'free' standard service should be publicly available in the fall.
