Trilantic Capital Partners was formed in 2009 by the five founding partners, all of whom worked together at Lehman Brothers Merchant Banking (LBMB). At LBMB, the Firm’s principals created a strong track record of investing in and building first-class businesses, and established LBMB as a partner of choice for management teams, entrepreneurs and family-owned companies. Since 1989, funds managed by LBMB have invested approximately $4.2 billion of equity in over 50 companies.
