TrainYourEars develops ear training software that helps sound engineers and musicians understand equalizers and frequencies. TrainYourEars EQ Edition was its first program. The software has a player screen: a screen which enables users to choose a sound file or route any signal from outside; an options screen: a screen that can be used to design the exercise to train frequencies, filter types, gains, and Q’s; and a training screen: a screen that allows users to listen to the original and equalized signals and guess which parameters were used. TrainYourEars is based in Madrid, Spain.
