It will give TPL Systèmes the opportunity to offer global radio-communication solutions based on the compatibility of its embedded equipment with the powerful and innovativeDetracom eDMR digital technology which enables simultaneous voice and data communication in a narrow band (12.5 KHz channel spacing) and which can be deployed on existing analog networks, even on those in VHF narrow bands (40 and 80 MHz). This merger will strengthen TPL Systèmes’ position as a leading provider of global radio-communication solutions and will generate significant value by pushing further product innovation and deeper engagement with customers and partners.
