Top Renergy Inc (known as “TRE”) is a federally incorporated investment firm founded by Chris Xie in 2010. The company has an office in Vancouver BC and will have an office in Ontario soon (as they are sourcing an office now). Mr. Xie is an MSFE (Master of Science in Financial Engineering and Risk Management) graduate from Polytechnic Institute of NYU (New York University, NY, USA), an MBA graduate from Schiller International University (Heidelberg, Germany), and a Certified FRM (Financial Risk Manager) from GARP (Global Association of Risk Professionals). Combined, he has over 30 years of industrial, investment, and academic experience (see his detailed background under the “Team” section). As a venture capital partner and a full member of CVCA (Canadian Venture Capital & Private Equity Association), TRE has successfully a number of companies in Canada to create over 150 full-time jobs and significant positive economic value impact on Canadian economy. TRE continues to assist entrepreneurs and start-up ventures, early- or middle-stage companies helping them become stable, profitable and sustainable businesses.
