TCR Capital is an independent private equity partnership with one of the most experienced teams in the French middle market, managing some €M 300 in capital. We invest throughout France in market leading businesses with high-growth potential. The Funds managed by TCR have a clearly defined objective of investing in middle market buyout opportunities in France (companies with sales €M 20 - €M 200) where TCR can add value post-investment, particularly where there are build up opportunities and in corporate spin out situations. When making an investment, we have three objectives: Ensure the management team has the necessary resources to grow their business; provide sufficient funds and time to allow the company to reach its full potential; and to enable our investors to exit the business achieving an appropriate return. TCR Capital is controlled by its investment team, who in turn are responsible for all investment and divestment decisions as well as any other contractual commitments. This ensures a rapid execution capability for the investment team that few competitors in the marketplace can rival. TCR Capital is governed by the Authorité des Marchés Financiers (AMF).
