Demo is the new Resume! ------------------------------------------ @ Talent Accurate, we closely work with each startup and small companies and listen to their IT recruitment related requirements/issues/plans. Our goal is to find the best local talents without the needing of Employers going through the resume. Also we target to meet 90% technology and culture matching, saving 30% of startups' money and 40% their valuable time. Detailed Info: 30% Money: we will give 30% for startups like bestbuy beat policy. 40% Time: We are constantly collecting public data and our personal analysis and summarizing the report. As a customer, if you are not happy with the reporting criteria, we would be happy to learn from you. But our final goal is to reduce your time by 40%. 90% Accuracy: We sit with each startup personally (starbucks coffee is on us!!) and get to know their customized requirements (like which IT solutions are you looking for? Are you going to work on streaming service / E-Commerce / performance related / Cloud support / more tool exploring based) We do come up with technical requirements to meet your customized business requirements and create a small 'requirements for assignment (RFA)' for candidates to work on. We will send the requirements to potentials candidates and ask them finish on their time. Once we get back the finished assignments, our machine learning algorithms will analyze the code both in technical and functional meeting criteria. Also our Code-Judges will evaluate the code from human perspective. At last we do encourage potential candidates to contribute peer comments on other projects and rating. By averaging both algorithm, Code-Judges, peer rating, we will submit the report for each candidate and recommend our client top 2 candidates. However customers (startups) can do extra work on our report, pick anyone they wanted (out of 10 candidates). Like 40% time saving approach, we do collect public and private data and create a report based on our data. Again, customers (startups) can argue/negate/help us to improve our accuracy criteria. The story doesn't end here! We would be happy to give a phone call or one-on-one talk with our client (startups) once in a month (sushi or starbucks on us again!) and get to know how our talented-kids are contributing the startup growth. If anything we can learn from our successes and failures from each hiring process after the hiring, we would be thrilled to do that - Every Month!
