The Swiss Arts Council Pro Helvetia is a foundation under public law, mandated by the Swiss Confederation to promote artistic creation, foster cultural outreach and facilitate cultural exchange at home and with other countries. Pro Helvetia supports projects on four levels: on the basis of applications, via its network of cultural centres and liaison offices abroad, within the framework of its own programmes and through information and promotional materials.
