Swedish Venture Capital Association (SVCA) is the trade association for operators in the private equity (buyout and venture capital) and angel investor networks. The association, founded in 1985, has the task of promoting the smooth functioning of Private Equity & Venture Capital Market in Sweden. They do this by: * Disseminate data and knowledge of Private Equity's role in the Swedish economy * Create forums for industry players in the form of conferences and informal networking events in collaboration with SVCA's partners * Arrange training and seminars in collaboration with SVCA's partners Mannheimer Swartling, Deloitte and PwC * Work for Private Equity working on a continued healthy way with regard to ethics, transparency and CSR * Working for good conditions for operators to operate in Sweden * SVCA monitors legislative and regulatory proposals, consultation body for the private equity sector.
