Support Dash is a support ticket system built for WordPress developers. It helps them handle customer support in less time, and give their customers a better user experience. Users avoid the hassle of multiple support inboxes, customer verification, and combating spam. They spend less time answering tickets, verifying paying customers, fighting spam, and more time getting new customers, saying “You’re welcome!”, and designing and developing new products. In other words, more time doing what they love. Support Dash was started in early 2013 by co-founders Ben Sibley and Andrew Mead.
