As a hub for R&D on rich client language, they set up Curl, Incorporated, in Cambridge, Massachusetts. Further, SCS opened a representative office in Shanghai, in the PRC, in 2004. With this global presence, SCS is on Call to help clients develop their business operations in the United States, Europe, the PRC and Southeast Asia. They are partnering with outsourcing providers overseas for certain operations in software development.
