Storecove is Netherlands’ first online platform that provides people and companies with a way to view all their invoices in one online overview. Dolf Kars, founder and former owner of Videostrip (acquired by RTL Nederland), established Storecove in 2014 with cofounder Michael Riviera and Willem Stemfoort. Storecove mainly focuses on automatically collecting invoices, which saves time and money. Storecove emerged from a problem that people face daily. More and more purchases are made online with numerous suppliers, invoices can be difficult to find and track because of this. It’s a tedious task to collect these invoices; moreover it’s very time consuming and can lead to missing out on VAT returns. Storecove ensures that all online invoices automatically appear in one clear overview. Invoices from online purchases will be ranked and stored digitally. You’ll get a Storecove e-mail address, which you will use for your online purchases. These purchases will automatically be included and sorted into your Storecove overview. Bills you have to collect, like phone and electricity bills, can also be automatically included in your Storecove account. The invoices in the overview are saved in PDF format. Storecove also offers the ability to have multiple Storecove accounts under one admin user. This means that there is one admin user who is able to view all overviews. The individual accounts only have access to their own overview. This is useful for companies who want to track the expenses of their employees. In addition, Storecove can also be linked to an accounting program. Storecove shows that the process of collecting invoices can be fast, easy and time efficient.
