The company competes with EMC, Computer Associates, VERITAS Software, IBM, Hitachi Data Systems, and Sun Microsystems. In June 2003, the company exited its managed services business. In July 2003, the company's Board of Directors adopted a plan of complete liquidation and dissolution. The company was founded in 1998 and is based in Waltham, Massachusetts.
