Statflo aims to improve wireless customer service by using carrier and POS data processing tools. The company offers smart lists, which processes customer records to automatically start conversations between customers and employees; a CRM optimized for the retail front line; and on-demand report generation tools. Statflo was founded by John Chapman in October 2012 and is based in Toronto, Ontario.
