Their main hypothesis is that the ecosystem has important limitations, but the biggest one is the lack of global minded entrepreneurs that could bring ideas to the funnel of innovation and get the gears moving. They're proposing new ways of nurturing the entrepreneurial space leveraging and connecting with other entrepreneurial cities and countries.
