Start Fund is a San Francisco-based joint venture focused on seed- and early-stage investments.

Start Fund, created in January 2011, is a joint venture between [Yuri Milner](http://www.crunchbase.com/person/yuri-milner) and [SV Angel](http://www.crunchbase.com/financial-organization/sv-angel).
