Starfish Associates was founded in 2005 by telecom and IT industry veterans and entrepreneurs Robert Hankin and David Raanan. Together since 1995, and with a shared passion for engineering and technology, Rob and David saw the growing need for a new generation of telecom management and self service solutions. Today, Starfish headquartered in Bridgewater, NJ, deploys their business IT solutions globally to Fortune 500 companies and large enterprises who are seeking ways to streamline and optimize business processes. As an Avaya, Cisco and Microsoft development partner, Starfish employs a staff of seasoned professionals serving in various engineering, technology and sales capacities. Prior to launching Starfish, Rob and David co-founded CCOM Information Systems, a directory software company responsible for developing the award winning PhoneLine, a suite of directory and CTI solutions which was acquired by Avaya (formerly Lucent Technologies) in 2000.
