The Stardust Entrepreneurial Institute (SEI) is a not-for-profit organization founded in early 2009 with the mission of giving Central New York (CNY) entrepreneurs access to the resources they need to establish themselves and their firms. Initially funded by The Stardust Foundation of Central New York, a local philanthropic organization with the philosophy of giving a 'hand up' over a 'hand out,' SEI is an example of The Foundation's goal of creating sustainable programming. The SEI is a mixed technology incubator. Member of the Business Incubator Association of New York State.
