SR Capital Advisors is a private equity and mezzanine investment firm.

SR Capital Advisors was formed by Steve Reinstadtler and Steve Roberts, former Co-Heads of TD Capital’s New York office. TD Capital is the private equity arm of the TD Bank Financial Group, with approximately $1.9B under management during the principals’ tenure. TD Capital-New York invested over $600 million, primarily in the media, telecommunications, health care and business services sectors. Of that, the principals were directly responsible for managing $400 million in invested capital. The portfolio consistently generated top-quartile returns for TD.
