Simple applicant tracking software

SquareHire is a software as a service (SAAS) application that provides applicant tracking software to small businesses. It's basically trying to be the BaseCamp of the applicant tracking space. The service launched in May 2011 as HireFlo, and later had an official public launch at the 2011 Intuit App Showcase. It was one of the first apps offered through Intuit's App Store. The service is built around three key functions. First is a jobs page. the system provides a company jobs page that can be displayed on customer websites via a javascript widget. Second is job distribution. When companies enter jobs, those jobs are published to the free job board ecosystem through relationships with SimplyHired, GlassDoor, JuJu, and other networks. Third is applicant tracking. The system provides a central online resume database that companies can use to rate and manage applicants.
