Spot Survey is a mobile-based feedback tool for retail businesses. Businesses can collect real-time SMS-based feedback from their customers in less than 60 seconds. Customers put a unique code and Spot Survey’s number visibly on the receipt, table tent, at the cash register or on an insert in the customer’s bill. The customer texts the code to the given number, visits a web link branded for the business or scans a QR code; and receives a survey that can be done on the spot within a minute.
