Desktop Customizability in a Laptop Form Factor

Raptor Computer is developing a proprietary system that allows for easy replacement and upgrade of laptop components, as well as designing and manufacturing the basic necessary modules (Hard Drive, Video Card, Motherboard/CPU, etc.). Once developed and tested, Raptor Computer will license the propriety technology to third party developers to design components. The end goal is helping consumers upgrade and extend their laptops’ usable lifespan. This will reduce the cost associated with completely replacing a computer, and will make better and faster devices more accessible to the average user.
