Rage in the Cage is the second longest running MMA organization in the WORLD, only behind the UFC. Since 1998, we've been supplying the very best fighters in the nation who will go on to compete at the next level; we are in essence a farming system for the two largest Mixed Martial Arts Leagues. RITC has been around since 1998. In June of 2014 the Hyland Group purchased the long-standing, well-branded sports franchise from Roland Sarria. The Hyland Group currently owns 90% of RITC. The other 10% is held by a private investor. Rage in the Cage just recently penned a TV Deal and they are looking to exchange a small piece of their equity for cash to be used toward expansion and working capital. MMA is the fastest growing sport in the world and a good MMA organization is a precious, rare commodity. We are looking for a forward-thinking, progressive, silent investor to help fund necessary functions so that RITC doesn't have to send our athletes to the next next level... we can be the next level.
